This class is suitable for all levels. We will move at a slow pace and focus on breathing and correct alignment while stretching and stabilizing the feet, hips, shoulders, and spine. Variations will be offered for joint replacements and back pain.
This class is for the practitioner that has a basic understanding of alignment cues and can transition from the floor to standing with ease. Expect a gradual warm-up, a series of standing poses, and gentle backbends. This class may also incorporate balancing poses and sun salutations.
These classes are more physically challenging, and are appropriate for those with a regular asana practice. Expect to move at a slightly faster pace, with transitions linked to breath. We may practice a combination of postures that include balance and strength, backbends, and inversions.
